The CHERRY 8 Welcome Center will be located in the State Room at the host hotel, The Washington Terrace, located at 1515 Rhode Island Ave., NW, Washington, DC 20005. Passes and tickets can be purchased here and all pre-sales purchased via paper forms or online can be picked up here during the hours below or Friday and Saturday night at will call at the events.

• Thursday, May 1 from 7 to 11 pm
• Friday, May 2 from noon to 9 pm
• Saturday, May 3 from 10 am to 5 pm

The Cherry Fund's weekend dance event is one of the few that is produced entirely by volunteers, and that still donates all of its proceeds to worthy non-profit charitable organizations in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The cost of your pass or ticket not only gives you access to an unforgettable weekend of events, but also directly supports the work of our beneficiaries. The portion of your ticket price that benefits these charities is of course tax deductible.

HOST PASS - $220 before April 15, $249 after
This year's HOST PASS provides exceptional value and is the only way to guarantee entry to ALL Cherry events. Exclusive benefits include the Capital Tea on the Potomac, express entry, VIP lounges, a Cherry t-shirt, two main event drink tickets. (Purchases before March 10 have their name listed on the Cherry event poster and program.) Once you have purchased a Host Pass, please click here to let us know your shirt size(s).

No pre-sale tickets will be available to the Sunday tea. Due to limited capacity, this event will likely sell out. Hosts are guaranteed admission to the tea with on-time arrival. To ensure admission, please purchase a Host Pass. Please also confirm all event times when you pick up your pass. If you order your pass via CircuitTicket.com, we will contact you via e-mail to get your name(s) as you wish them listed on the poster and program.

Includes admission to Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday night events and admission to the Friday afterhours. Sunday tea is NOT included in the Weekend Pass.
